I am using 8.1.. I know, it's a nightmare, you don't have to tell me... but I keep getting this error, "an error has occurred, an exception has occurred" then poof! everything is gone. and often the project won't open.

Anyone seen it before?


on a side note, does anyone know why Sony no longer responds to tickets anymore? they used to respond. I have submitted two tickets over a week ago and heard nothing.
