AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE CREATING THE MEDIA FILE

""

This is what happens when I select redner with gpu.

When I had Vegas 16,17,18,19,20 I did not have this error. After changing from 20 to 21 after a couple of weeks it did something like this. After upgrading version 21 to the latest patch it was ok for a couple of days, and now this error appears again.  I can render without GPU, but on CPU alone VEGAs is useless for me. Have any of you knowledge how to fix this?

I did an upgrade to the latest, but that didn't help.

Thanks for the screengrab but I have no idea what the reason could be.
You can try to reset Vegas 21 to the state right after the installation by following this link: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/

In Admin mode Vegas works with the GPU correctly, but on my account no longer. I received instructions on what to do, however, it did not help anything. Do you have any other ideas?

"If the software is working in the hidden admin then that could mean that there is a permissions issue on your main account.
Let's have you uninstall and then reinstall the software to your main account. After doing that please follow these instructions:

Close the program if it is running.

WARNING: The next step will require you to make changes in the Windows Registry. The Registry is a very sensitive area to work in. If you are not comfortable with advanced configuration and system changes, ask an administrator to help you with this.

Next, open the Registry Editor. To do this on Windows, press the Windows key and R together on your keyboard. In the window that appears, type REGEDIT and press Enter. If prompted, allow the program to make changes to your computer.

In the Registry Editor, navigate to the following directory:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > Magix > VEGAS Pro > 21.0

Right-click each folder named in the file path above and go to Permissions. Make sure that your main account is listed as having "Full Control" and then press Apply and OK."
