I just want to share an issue I was getting and how it was resolved.
I was attempting to prepare a Blu Ray project. My Video was rendered out of Vegas 13 as an AVCHD video stream with an appropriate bit rate of 18,000,000 bps.
I received this error:
An error occurred while preparing compilation
File name: 00001.m2ts
Status: Vegmuxtw.dll::CTSWrapper::ProcThreadMain::IO Error --- Failed to open file: 'E:\Scenes From The Marriage of Figaro?\Blu Ray\Scenes From The Marriage of Figaro?.avc.mui' - Invalid argument
I have done this many times with other projects without any issues. Searching this forum and the web, I could not find anything that really matched. After several days of trying different things to resolve this with no luck (including forcing DVD Architect to recompress the video stream). It finally occurred to me - could it possibly be that the path/iso file name I was using is too long?
I shortened the path. Success!!
I did not try to figure out the maximum path/file name allowed. But just in case someone else hits this issue, try shorting the name.
