I couldn't find any posts on this from recent years but ever since I got Vegas Pro 19.0 (Running latest version) I keep randomly getting this error message.
It happens quite often which is frustrating, especially when you've just done a big change that you can't undo and restarting the software takes quite some time with larger projects. I recently did a fresh install on my PC (Windows 11) and got the latest version of Vegas Pro 19.0 so everything is up to date.

Any ideas what might be causing this?
