An Exception Error Keeps Occuring??

I have Vegas 5.0, when I try to open my .veg file I keep getting the following
error, when I click "OK" Vegas shuts down??? Please help, I have a couple
of videos I need to finish and deliver this week.....

I did a search and found a previous reply from the SONY EPM stating
that PhotoShop 7.0 might be the problem and we should remove it from
the computer. Well I removed PhotoShop and now the .VEG files open up
with the "Exception Error". Thanks Sony, but can you PLEASE fix this in
5.0b!!!!
