Interesting...
Actually surprised that Vegas has the most tutorials out there...41 million? Wasn't expecting that.

The NLE market share breakdown was pretty close to what I was expecting.

of the few i've watched (and certainly not even a minor sampling of 41 million) i'd say about 1 in 10 is excellent, 2 good, 1 reasonable, and the rest abysmal.

Hmm, Dave from LearningDSLRVideo had issues with extreme random crashes while using Vegas Pro 10...., and he left it...

Anyway, as numbers for tutorials, not surprising. So far I know, this editing software is so popular for Videogamers who want to edit their recorded 'actions'.
Also, it's possible because it was used by one of famous gamer commentator, his followers and fans would like to follow him.

I edit footage from Canon 5D Mrk III and have had none of the problems Dave talks about.

I will admit some of the Sony Vegas Pro tutorials on YouTube are south of stelllar. Others are helpful.

Judging by the voices I would say many are produced by prepubescent gaming nerds..

I'm certain Adobe Premier Pro has it's drawbacks, as all NLEs do. But do I want to learn another NLE when Vegas Pro serves my needs?
