The cutout renders within the Mocha Pro module itself, but after leaving the Mocha Pro module, it wont render in Vegas Pro.
This only happens with animated cutout files.
I am not getting any response from Boris FX either.
Again this problem only happens with animated files such as .mov, .avi etc. The tif, png, jpegs and other image files render fine.

I don't see how it's their issue though. In the Mocha Pro module, it renders fine. It just doesn't render in Vegas after leaving the Mocha Pro plugin.

I have the Mocha Pro plugin in Vegas Pro. I don't know what "Mocha Vegas" means beyond that.
Mocha Vegas comes with Vegas Pro Suite. It's a trimmed down version of Mocha Pro.

Ok, then I suppose I have Mocha Vegas. But to reiterate, I use the Mocha Pro plugin for all my work.
Only Boris can really help you with this. I hope that they reply to you soon. The reason I mentioned Mocha Vegas is that if you can sort of reproduce what you are doing, and see if the result is either good or bad, that might help BorisFX and Vegas to troubleshoot and fix things.
