I am trying to put a GIF animation into vegas pro 8 but it is all a blur. I am getting this animation from animation factory.com. Can someone please tell me how I would add it to my video

can you give more detail as to what "all a blur" means? is it going really fast? or is it giving you problems like it's blurry when you put it on the T/L?

What are the dimensions of the GIF image? What are the dimensions of your project? What are the dimensions of your preview window?

This sounds like it might be a case of resampling the image size. Vegas will resample the original image to fit the project frame. Then if the preview frame is smaller it will resample again to show it in the preview window. If your original image is tiny then there will be a LOT of resampling going on and that will make it very fuzzy indeed.
