Hi! I've been playing with Video Fx and keyframes, just so. Now, if I have a series of still pictures, say 5 fps. Iis there any way of making an interpolation between two stills, in order to smooth the movement? That is, something like creating another picture "in between". If Vegas doesn't do it, are there other external programs that would? Just wondering. Thanks

I use FantaMorph for things like this.

So your stills are .20 sec in length? Leaving those the same, increase your project frame rate to 24, 25 or 30 fps, and experiment with any of the following:
-- Paste in some little crossfades (see the shortcut keys documentation)
-- Motion Blur envelope on the Video Bus
-- Might even try Force Resample (don't know, haven't tried it)

Thanks for the prompt responses. I'm already experimenting w the proposed solutions. Even downloaded the trial version of FantaMorph

Twixtor is available for Vegas and it will do exactly what you want.
