Annoying pop up adds

Since upgrading to ver 16 ... I get almost daily annoying pop-up adds even if I have not loaded movie studio ... today's attached.

This is what you get with freebie software - don't expect it for something I have paid for - this is intrusive & annoying, how can I stop these.

These 'pop-up' from the sys tray.

It's because you installed Magix Connect from the Download Manager.

I did not 'elect' to install, must have been built into downloads. Sneaky behaviour, and not what you expect form a professional company.

That is not true. You selected it yourself when you had the choice here
