Another AC3 encoder?

The AC3 encoder within Vegas is not working with the discrete LFE channel

Anyone know of something else I can use to make 5.1 AC3's ?(without spending a fortune)

it doesn't? I've made descrete LFE encoding and it works for me.

Could your settings be wrong?
