Another error after the crashing

When i put a video in timeline and i want to play, i have 2 errors:

1. The playback device  does not support the current output format. The playback device  does not exist.

2. The playback device  does not support the current output format.
The playback device  does not exist.
The playback device  does not support the current output format.
The playback device  does not exist.

 

Anyone have the same problem?

I checked all that stuff, before the update everything was fine. Now is not...

@andyrpsmith You need to share that information @andyrpsmith has asked for , esp the MediaInfo otherwise all we know is ' The playback device  does not support the current output format. The playback device  does not exist.'

I don't understand the problem either. perhaps recording a screen and share a video here can be helpful, or at least a screenshot.

If devices are an issue, is the driver in Windows properly installed?

Solved

It was from audio settings, is an old error.

Go to Preferences -> Audio Device -> Change "Microsoft Sound Mapper" with "Direct Sound Sorrund Mapper" -> Restart Vegas -> DONE
