Clever little commercial, but "stunt cashmere" gave me a big chuckle. hahaha.

You mean like "fake cashmere"? Avtually we went to Macys and got a real thing thinking that we'lll return that sweater after the shoot. Then day before the shoot i'm like "Shit, what if something gets spilledon it -- i don't want to risk it" So i went through my mom's closet and came up with similar in color "almost-cashmere". Good thing because the first thing the father did was spill some wine on it...

Patryk,

That was a very well done spot. What sort of equipment, and crew, did you use to create it?

Thanks for sharing.

Why the move to Avid?

Nice spot, by the way. It definitely caught me off guard.

I'm curious about the Avid move as well... I can't imagine why that step was necessary.

The "Avid move" because the editor works on it. And since right there they have really sweet sound set up everything is integrated seemlessly. So if i was editing i would stick with Vegas but since i'm not then whatever the editor (who btw is the fasted editor i ever worked with) works on.

As to the crew:
3 actors
2 parens of the baby
me
DP
writer
AD/gaffer
PA/transportation

equipment:
DVX100
2x650w
2x200w
3x C-stand
reflector/bounceboard
