Any chance of gettting Sony's DVAP vegs in v8

I was happy to see Sony's Digital Video & Audio Production republished for v9 - as the version 8 one was out of stock. Knowing version 9 vegs are not backward compatible, I am guessing there is no way to get the vegs that are in the new guide converted to version 8 - but i thought I would ask as I image there are a lot of version 8 owners who would purchase the guide if that was an option.

I know there is the upgrade or trial version option - but I was hoping maybe just a way of getting the vegs out in version 8.

There may be some new veg files specific to Pro 9 improvements/changes but I'd be very surprised if the original Pro 8 veg files were updated to Pro 9 format.

I would think the same - but the one's that come with the new production run are version 9 - and won't open in 8.
