Hello everyone.
I have searched the forum for the answer to this question, but I need to be certain.
I use a 128MB DDR ATI Radeon graphics board, which has both a DVI and analogue out.
Instead of previewing through my TV (currently running through my camera via firewire), I have bought a second monitor (19 inch Hansol 920P;great picture!) to do this.
I believe that I will need to use a DVI to VGA adaptor to run it. But is there any drop in picture quality doing this? Will it look like both monitors are running from VGA ports? I hope so! One more thing! Are the convertors expensive? I have seen a wide range in prices for them. How much should I expect to pay for a good lead? Your help, as always will be greatly appreciated.
Just to reinstate. Vegas 4 is such a fantastic product. I regular edit material on it which goes out on CNBC and Sky in Europe. I can't sing its praises enough. Not to mention the loveable Canon XL1S! But that's for another time...
thanks!
