Any problems with Vista Upgrade and VMS?

Pretty well hashed out in the forum for the full version (the "Vegas" forum). Just search for "Vista" and you will find plenty of discussion.

I did, but how can I be sure that VMS will have the same issues, if any.

Because Vegas Studio is exactly the same program as Vegas, with some of the advanced features disabled.
