Any Way to Scroll Through Video Frame by Frame?

Right now, when I press the arrow keys, they move pixel by pixel on the time line. Is there a way to change this to frame by frame instead? If not, how can I scroll frame by frame?

Alt F8, or 'Quantize to Frames' under options on Tool Bar. John.

For frame by frame what i use is simple -

Forward - F9
Reverse - F3

Scrolling back and forth will also be affected by the degree of magnification of the time line.

If you zoom in enough, then right arrow, left arrow will scroll at one frame per click. If you zoom out this will increase to 3 frame per click and then 10, 20 and more.
