Any way to TURN OFF scene detect on capture?

Using MovieStudio 6 to capture HDV from my HDR-HC1. Scene detection is not working properly at all. Sometimes I get no detection, and sometimes I get scenes split right in the middle...where there was no scene split originally.

SO.... I'd like to turn off scene detection completely. Is there any way to do this?

In the full version of VidCap it's under Options / Preferences / Capture / Enable DV scene detection. I presume the Studio version has the same option. Uncheck that box.

Thank you Chienworks, but Vidcap does not capture HDV. I have to use MovieStudio Platinum 6.0 by itself to capture.

I am using DVGate plus. This program works great to batch capture or auto capture from my HCR-HC1 HDV camera. DVGate came bundled with my Sony Vaio Media Center Edition. I could not get Movie Studio, Platinum Edition or its bundled capture program to do batch capture. In fact, the external capture program would not recognize my camera.
