Anybody for a Script Window?

Frankly I'd love a Script Manager! Anybody else up for this? Maybe a Window like Media Pool; Transistions etc etc . .As Scripting IS and HAS become very very popular and valuable for creativity, Sony should really "reveal" this to the World . .such a wonderful option . . so little support in terms of "providing" a Manager for it .. . IMHO! ;-)

Maybe a set of assingable Icons I could use as an "Aide Memoire" - maybe make my own Icons . . . Scripting is such a phenomenal "Must-Have" I wish SOny would pick up the baton and run a little with it . . .

( . . now back to getting Boris Graf to Audio in preview . . )

Grazie

I will say this, scripting is probably one of the major things that made me pick VV4 over Premiere. I just feel like I have more control of what I am trying to do through scripting. Plus, if we want something done, we dont have to wait for the feature to be implemented by developers. Thta is why VV4 rocks harder than any other NLE out there.

Oh yeah, to answer your question, I would love a scripting window. :)

Scripting window - absolutely! I was always a bit surprised that you couldn't just run them straight from the explorer window within Vegas.

But yeah, a seperate tabbed window, just like we have for the audio and video plugs. Also, when you first run a script you have to wait for the script engine to load (I assume this is what the delay is) - should this be something that starts with Vegas, or is it just a resource hog/stability thing? I know it would still take the same amount of time to load, but it would be more transparent to the user.
