Anyone able to load vegas and sonar on the same machine?

When I try this, vegas wont load with one of Sonar's effects, time pitch stretch I believe. I am running win2k. Anyone have any luck?

I have both SONAR and Vegas Video installed
on my DAW. SONARS automatable effects,( FxReverb,
FxChorus, FxDelay, FxFlange, FxEq ) were developed
and licensed to Cakewalk for use only in SONAR
by Power Technologies. These effects will show up
in other apps like Vegas Video as DX effects, but you will not be able to use them, only in SONAR.
