anyone getting support?

I've been waiting over a week for a response to two VV9 queries to technical support. Is anyone having any luck getting help from Sony these days? I can only speculate they are overwhelmed dealing with VV10 problems...

It takes a while but once they start working your ticket the turnaround is about a day.
