I am curently reading the site. Not much info yet. It is a tutorial(obviously), but i havent read any links or places to recieve the plug-in. She tells the forum that english looks better then chinese when installed on win98/2000 etc, and that is why there is a picture of an english install. ill keep posting as i read more

Those particles look very nice !

Here is a short summery of the messages from the board:

According to the poster, who works for the company that is developing the plug-in, the particle plug-in is not yet ready for public beta yet, because they still have some issues with the code. Seeing the great response they get form the posts, they will release a demo at the message board and their official web-site as soon as it is ready for the public, however, no date was mentioned.

I will keep an eye on the "zaza" board for the English speakers here.

You already can do all these things using Wax in Vegas.

Marco :
I tried the particles in Wax, it is nice, but this plugin looks better if you're only working on particles. Also it uses the Vegas keyframes which is really nice and seems to have bezier paths. And Wax is not 100% stable yet.
satish wrote on 5/13/2004, 11:54 AM
The particles demo shown in that link is very easy to duplicate in Wax. And Wax also has bezier paths for particle movements (and combined with 3d movement of particles you get really nice effects). Regd stability, the upcoming 2.0c version will be integrated better with Vegas and has realtime preview in Vegas preview + external monitor.

Thanks Satish, that's good to know. The one thing I like about this new plugin is that it's directly intergrated to Vegas. In Wax you have a second timeline with keyframes ala boris. I personally prefer direct integration between the host and plugin since I can keep my normal workflow. Wax still is an extremely powerful tool, and given the fact it is free we should not complain too much.
