See if there is anything in this script that can help. Where are you going to use them after you duplicate them?

I am doing a promo highlight video and going to assign numeric values to the markers and use them as velocity changers. so the footage runs at different speeds. Something I want to try (mabye never again-but I think it would be cool for the project that I am working on)

Another possible way to do this is to make a copy of your Veg that has the markers, then delete all media from the copy. This can then be a template that you nest into your next new veg. The nested veg will display the markers in the parent.

Why not:

1.Copy from Edit details into Excell.
2.Do some math formula to increment timecode.
3.Paste back in your project (Edit details window).

You could also

1.Copy from Edit details into another project.
2.Moove all the markers in the same time.
3.Paste back in your project (Edit details window).

I've done that numerous times in the past... Hope this help...
