Anyone know how to move a clip on a notebook

Tycipally I would use CTRL left or right arrow, but these combos dont seem to work with a notebook (even is the faux numlock is on). Can I remap a key to do it?

CTRL-Left/Right arrow should be exactly the same.

To "Move" a clip, turn on the "faux numpad" and then use the keypad numbers for 1, 3, 4, or 6. (or 2 or 8 if you want to move up or down)
