Anyone know this retailer?

I was checking prices on some pro audio and recording gear, and these guys are coming in at the low end, sometimes $100-200 below street price. Anyone know them, bought from them, returned something, needed service or support? Thanks.

Not familiar with them but Reseller ratings give them good review and Amazon gives them 4.7 out of 5 stars. Not BBB accredited but got an "A" rating from BBB.

Thanks for that bit of research -- they do a tremendous volume on eBay, I had to go through 23 pages of comments to find a negative.

Yes, I purchased some Yamaha equipment from them and was able to use the warranty. No problems.

they're advertising goods for 1 > 5 days delivery that they don't actually have in stock.
it's ok, if they do, but they'll fob you off with endless excuses if they don't.

it's not a way to do business at all.

Yes, I have no patience with retailers who don't order inventory until you order from them. It's dishonest.

Yes, I just bought Izotope RX from them via Amazon and they delivered (download) about a day or two later. Would have liked it within the hour but that's an Amazon thing I think, and not them specifically.
