Anyone output to DigiBeta with a DecLink card?

I have to output my project to digibeta and I was wondering if anyone here has used one of the inexpensive DecLink cards to do that. Here's a link to the one I was considering getting:

Or is there another way that's easy and inexpensive (under $500 or so)?

If you render to the Decklink's QT codec from Vegas, you can use the Decklink capture print utility to lay off the file to digibeta.

Thanks for the info! One more question: I can do that with Vegas 4, right? (I just dont' want to upgrade until this project delivers.)
