I am using a echo gina 24 and vegas 4. When I use the classic wave drivers instead of asio drivers I get recorded tracks out of sync from each other. This happens as I try to lay another track while listening to a previous recorded track. After recording The new track is out of sync ( delayed like a latency issue) with the original.
Can anyone else reproduce this?
I am having to adjust my asio settings abit higher in vegas 4 with the asio drivers to not get any glitching(2000) so I am trying the waves drivers and found this problem.
Can anyone help here?
Wondering if a harddrive issue?
Thanx all

I have this same problem with the ECHO MIA card that I am using. After about 2 minutes it's recording out of sync. I am running XP Pro and when I try to install the ECHO MIA Drivers it says that they haven't passed XP and are not recommended by Microsoft. Support told me to install anyway. I did but I get these horrible latency issues.

P4, 2.4Ghz, 1Gig DDR. <- Blazes through video in VEGAS 4... but has horrible latency problems with Audio. Same latency problem w/ Audio in ACID 4.

I was posting yesterday for a very similar problem and way2slo recommended to checkout the KX Driver for my system. I got a SoundCrapper Live! Devalue but , reading about their driver on their site, I remember that KX is also compatible with a couple of other brands so you probably might check it up too:

Hope that helps!
