Anyone solve the Image Sequence disappearing option in rendering yet?

I emailed Vegas/Magix about not receiving "news" or emails when opening Vegas. Turns out I hadn't activated VP17 on my new Samsung gen 4 PCIE SSD, since I had swapped it out this summer. So they pinged me when I opened VP17 to activate and remove an old device. I did so, and started up Vegas. I got my News and Upgrade offers too!

However, my reason for using Vegas last night was to create a new cover for a track release on my bandcamp with the image sequence. I prepared my image and font and applied the necessary effects, but when I went to render "image sequence" was missing. It must have disappeared when VP17 reactivated because I just used it a few weeks ago. I looked up solutions like reinstalling the HEVC codec and HEIF etc but nothing has worked. I was forced to use Photoshop, which was fine. This always seems to happen when I have a deadline!

Did anyone figure out a permanent solution to restoring the Image Sequence rendering option?

You might search this forum. I seem to remember it not showing up sometimes and some solutions listed to get it to appear if it doesn't. But it shows up fine in my VP17.

FWIW: This happened to me when I installed V19. I checked to see if it worked in a previous version, it did, and when I opened V19 again the image sequences render option was back.

Voodoo, I know, but it worked for me.
