It was originally written for Vegas 4. I will, technically, work in Vegas 5 but will not install unless Vegas 4 is present. There is a separate install for the same script available for Vegas 5 without the built-in "looks" presets.

It's listed in the "Free Scripts" section here and then under the "Filmlook Script" topic.

So which one is for Vegas 5, I know the RC3 and Film look script using Spot's tutorial are both scripts which one is the Vegas 5 script. When I try installing it says Vegas 4c or higher. Higher in vegas 4c or higher in general meaning vegas4d and e? Or vegas 4cde and Vegas5 and b? Thanks for the patience.

The link listed above clearly indicates two separate downloads - one for Vegas 5 and one for Vegas for. The Vegas 5 version version has "Vegas5" in the file name. They are both the same script functionally so they both follow Spot's tutorial.

Jetdv, I ran the script in VV5 just used filmlook1, but no effect to the rendered avi. I am sure that I am missing something.
--Render type inserting 2-3 pulldown
--Selected my directory
--Prebuilt effects: filmylook 1

I did not adjust track or event effects. I selected 2 events, ran the script, and it added a video track above and rendered, but I cannot notice a difference in the new vs the old event.

Any tips?? thank you so much

It simply takes the video, renders it to 24p, adds the new video on a new track, and changes the project properties to 24p. It's goal was to automate the procedure outlined in the tutorial by Spot.
