Yes, it works great with Vegas. Every button is customizable, and easy to change. Has sped up an already fast workflow with Vegas.

I"ve had the ShuttlePro since 11/02, used it with VV3 and now 4 and has really sped up my editing. I use the ShuttlePro in my left hand, the mouse in my right and ... zoom!

It's available at an education discount through needsoftware.com, if that applies to you.

I have the Shuttle Pro - Only strange problem I have, is that after not using it for a while it will fail to wake up when I open Vegas. Even accessing the control panel won't wake it up and the only solution is a re-install of the software. Takes about 2 minutes and is just annoying. Otherwise it functions well. Allows you to have frame accurate jog without having to zoom the screen. Also good in capture for easy setting of in and out points. I suspect if you are good at learning short keys you may find benefits are small but I don't use Vegas frequently enough to learnt the shortcut keystrokes. Regards John I

i dont have the shuttle pro but the little brother space shuttle. it has 5 programmable buttons, jog and shuttle wheel. the shuttle pro has more buttons but it is not a big deal to me, all i really need is the jog and shuttle wheel, sure it increases the workflow. u can move from frame to frame with the wheel plus tweaking all the plugin and filter values. good stuff. the 5 buttons are more than enough to me. it works ok on VV4, dvd-a, cubase sx, wavelab, photoshop and more.............
i ordered it from www.dvshop.ca cost me $79cdn+shipping, i got it in 3 days.

Yes, I have to admit, I love the look of the ShuttlePro on my desk, but I found it actually slowed my editing process. I'm pretty familiar with most of the Vegas shortcut keys, so as John said that may be the reason.
