The JL Cooper MCS2 (or any other MIDI or RS-232 control surface) is not directly supported, but if they have a utility that will generate keystrokes and send them to the application, you'll be able to do play/stop/pause as well as frame jogs. There's also a way to get 7 speeds of bi-directional vari-speed shuttle control using keystrokes.

The ContourAVS ShuttlePro is fully supported.
