Anyone Using FaderPort?

How do you like your unit? I am finishing up configuring mine. I am not sure that I do enough high end audio to save me much over the straight keyboard shortcuts, but it is starting to get addicting. As I get used to the transport controls I am growing closer to it :)

I may have been looking but it does not look like there is a way to access the FX sends automation controls. I can turn on and off the automation easily, but on the volume and pan can be controlled. I was hoping I could set up a custom profile to also control the FX sends, but no joy. Has anyone else found a way?

actually I am not owning such a unit, but was looking a bit around; that may be a hint for you:

you have at least 9.0d?

The thread confirms what I already know which is that the Faderport works perfectly with Vegas Pro 9.0d. Actually some of the button assignments that would mean nothing in Vegas have been assigned great alternatives by the SCS developers. There are even some additional assignments made available for customization that are quite nice.

I just was wondering if anyone had found a way to access the FX sends on the tracks to assign them to the controller.

No, you cannot control track or bus sends using the FaderPort. Something we will have to consider for the future.
