Anyone with one - How's the Delta 1010 with Vegas 2.0h and 3.0?

one of these boxes has just been offered to me very cheap... and it's about time I got rid of my old gadget labs Wave 8*24 (Gadget labs went bust and stopped driver development!)

which drivers work best?
which OS?
I'm running Win98SE, but have Win2K if it'll work!

I'm interested to hear of any issues, including sound quality.

The way I figure it, this card's been out for ages, it's a nifty piece of hardware, and millions of users have beta tested it for me.

I use gigastudio too, so I'd love to know about that

well, I'm kind of similar to you, but backwards. I brought a Gadget Labs(to use with CUBASE) a week before they went belly up. I had some problems with it and so decided to unload it on EBAY and got got my Delta 1010. Itcame bundled with this thing called Vegas which I never really planned on installing let alone using.

Long story short: I love Vegas and it works great my Delta1010. I'm running WIN98se, VV2.0h, with 512 megs ram on a PIII 1gig system and a couple of 7200 rpm drives. I think with any of these softwares you need realy aclean install of your OS (I use Partiton Magic so that I can boot to a system with ONLY the stuff I need on it and no extra Microsoft stuff to clog it up)

The best part of this for me (I hate to rub it in) was:
I got my Vegas Audio bundled FREE with the Delta (no longer offered I beleive)upgraded to VV2 for $79 as a special promotion, and then upgraded to VV3 for$99. I consider $178 a GREAT investment.
