Sorry can't help immediately. We're talking about getting the Z7 or more likely a couple of S270s but it'll be at least a few weeks before we have them. A DR60 we do have. EX1s we do have, soon with lots of bolt on goodies too. If you like bling, we'll have it.

Afew threads ago i posted abotu an SDE, and as its been a while since ive done one, im trying to get the planning sorted because i dont want to have to have any issues on the day.

Another thing were trying to do is expand into this area as there arent many that do SDE's (Good ones that is) here in Aus, and were targeting more of the higher end market.
In fact ive only got half as many weddings lined up as I did last year, but im charging close to double, so im earning pretty much the same. This strategy is doing well for for my health... to say the least.

Its working out pretty well, but im looking for a solution to capturing, as i feel this will be an issue in itself with SDE's.
Im yet ot test capturing and editing at teh same itme.. but ill be soussing that out soon enough.. .

My only concern is that a full 2gb CF card takes about 10 to 15 mins to transfer and to be honest, my shots wont really need all that much triming so im only shooting what i speicifclaly need.. In essence, the transfer from CF to HDD and th transfer from tape to HDD wont be all that different in this regard.
I guess it would save me having to bring another deck though..

I dunno.. Im just a lil nervous
