I had earlier brought up in another thread that artifacts were appearing in certain windows of both V 12 and V 13 after I had installed a new graphics card AMD FirePro V7900. This was happening only when I opened my external monitor. I learned to live with it.
Today this nuisance stopped just like that! I hadn't changed anything that I knew of so I checked Windows upgrades and sure enough, there had been one this morning which required of me to reboot. When I did that my ASUS bios opened asking me if I want to revert to default or accept changes. I opted for change. This tells me that all along my Vegas architect problem was occurring due to a Windows bug. But one thing niggles me; could I have found my problem fixed even before I had rebooted? Can W updates work that way?
