.asf support??

i have a video that i want to edit and it is a .asf file. is there anyway i can get vegas video to support .asf`s or is there a converter i can download to make the asf liek an mpg or something? Thanks in Advance

Vegas has ASF support. You should be able to just drop it on the timeline. Perhaps the file is corrupt somehow. You can try the repair function of ASFTools to see if that helps.
