Aspect Ratio / Vegas / DVD Architect

First of all, please excuse my ignorance.

So, I'm making this video which will be shown on a Plasma monitor, specifically the Panasonic TH42PWD8UK.
Here are the important details about this monitor:

Display Format:
480i (SDTV)
480p (EDTV)

Apect Ratio:
16:9 (Widescreen)

Resolution:
852x480

The questions are:
1) Which of the "NTSC DV 720x480" Templates should I use to create my Video from within Vegas?

2) And what video format ("NTSC 720x480" or "NTSC 720x480 Widerscreen") should I use when I create the DVD from within DVD Architect?

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

How was the video shot, 4:3 or 16:9?

Hello riredale,

Thank you for replying.

It's not a shot video but a composition...

As I waited for a reply here's what I did:
- I set my vegas projects to use "NTSC DV Widescreen (720x480, 29.970 fps)"
- I rendered the project using "DVD Architect NTSC Widescreen video stream"
- I set the DVD Architect project to use "720x480 Widescreen"

Since I don't have the Plasma monitor at hand to test the video I tried it on my ZD8000 laptop which has a 17" monitor 1680x1050 (16:10) and the video looks OK... I do get black bars at the top and bottom of the video but I guess this is because the laptop monitor is 16:10 instead of 16:9

Can I assume the DVD will look correct on the plasma monitor I mentioned on my first post?
