Assignable FX Audio Glitches / Surround Plugin Support

Will the audio glitches be fixed when inserting assignable FX. These are specifically happening with waves plugins and two other manufacturers plugins. Also, surround plugins are not supported on the surround master or buses except the native vegas plugs, why?

I've no confidence at all that the problem with 3rd party audio plug-ins glitching will EVER be fixed. They just don't care about this issue it seems. It's been present since Vegas 11 and the move to 64bit. I still have to use Vegas 10 32bit just to use audio plug-ins without the massive glitching. However, Vegas 10 is now so old and many newer plug-ins don't run efficiently or simply cause Vegas to crash (Izotope RX crashes Vegas 10 constantly, for example). They seem to work better at the track level, but if they're used at the bus or master level, there is massive glitching.

Bug support, and keep bugging them. I talked to a gentleman from Magix at the NAMM show last month, and he said he'd pass my message about this issue along to the developers. Sure, thanks for the lip service. I do a lot of audio work, and Vegas is great for what I do. But this problem with plug-ins persisting makes me finally have to abandon Vegas after all these years, since version 3. I've already moved to PP for video editing. Nice to see full frame rate monitoring for once along with proper handling of log gamma curves, etc.

Interesting points, I did notice the video improvements which are excellent. The audio tools in vegas pro vs other NLE's is amazing but time and time again I keep hearing about audio drop outs etc. in surround mixing from different users with different setups. I find temporary solutions that seem to work for a short while then the problems start again. I'm really wondering if it's hard to code such features or sony/magix sees vegas as a "prosumer" tool only. It's really sad because a few major but important features would make it a fully professional solution. What's holding them back I'm not sure. Vegas can truly be the do it all in one solution.
