Hi all,
I'm having some major issues rendering out to mp4 for vimeo on footage thats been shot externally with the Atomos Ninja recorder.. the format shot was 'Avid dnxhd 50i codec' for UK television, camera C100
I need to provide some uploads to vimeo, I do this all the time with 50i footage.. just never before with stuff shot on an Atomos Ninja recorder. Anyway I'm getting some horrible interlace artifacts when I output AVC mp4 for vimeo. Settings are always the same, progressive, etc.
It's seems to me that Vegas doesn't work well with Atomos ninja files shot in 50i..
I loaded the same files into CS6, hey presto outputted just fine for vimeo. I'm very frustrated here as I really wanted to edit my project in vegas.. such a bloody shame, I have more headaches with vegas these days.
I can supply a sample file if anyone wants to test on their end?
