Amen. This is one of the clunkiest forums I've ever
visited. If using SF's software were as tedious and awful
as navigating this site is, nobody would use it. Check out
Pinnacle's web forum at www. pinnaclesys.com for an example
of what a well functioning user forum should look like.
Really, I'm surprised SF allows this example of bad design
and function to be associated with it's product. When you
click on a topic, ALL the messages should be displayed. One
should not have to ploddingly click on each individual one
to bring up responses. Com'n guys, how hard can this be..?

i agree. please refer to these two forums to see how it should be done. In addition it would be nice if you were
sent an email notice when someone replies to your topic.

This has got to be the worst forum design I have ever seen -
Other than the previous two attempts at user forums.It is
awkward to the point of slowing information sharing bewteen
end users. Hey, maybe thats how its supposed to work.
