Audi Track Color & 5.1 setup

I have noticed the sound track color is different in different tracks. Most times it is BROWN color. Certain cases it is GREEN color and aso noticed the sound is little bit different. I know it is not a bug. Can an expert advise what is the difference between these.

Also Can some share a sample 5.1 sourround file. I wanted to learn how do I need to setup the files. Vegas manual doesn't help on this matter.

The colors are absolutely meaningless. Vegas assigns different colors to different tracks to help you keep track of them. They have no affect on the sound at all, nor do they indicate anything about the sound.

An addition to what Chien sez, The color does not affect the sound in anyway or visa-versa.
The color can be changed from the default in "Options> Preferences> Display"
or... by right clicking the track number box and select "Track color display"
