Both Pinnacle studio 14 and Sony Movie Studio produce the buzzing odd audio when processed as slow motion video.
With Pinnacle studio 14 if I un-check "HOLD PITCH" I get the better audio .. that is all I need to do to get the correct sound .. This works with all Slow motion video clips I do .. The computer with the Pinnacle studio 14 has none of the programs you listed on it. If I am doing slow motion speech it also fixes the buzzy-ness of the video ..
