audio clip length problems

I am making a slideshow on Movie Studio 4.0 and I edited many songs together on Sound Forge 7 into one mp3 track. It is about 40 minutes long. When trying to insert the audio track into movie studio, the audio clip cuts off at 25 minutes. I tried dragging it further and it only loops the first 25 minutes of the clip. I also tried saving the track as 2 seperate parts and putting them together in movie studio and the audio track still just cut off at 25 minutes. Is there any way to add more that 25 minutes of audio to the timeline??? I would certainly hope so!!! Any help would be appreciated.

Try it as a .wav file instead.

I tried using a 45 min mp3 in MS version 3 and had no problems! Does the mp3 play ok in other apps?
