audio clip movement

is it posible to move an audio clip by an increment smaller than 10 ms (corresponding to 100 fps setting)?

Go to the options menu - the first option is 'quanitze to frames' - turn this off.

To temporarily disable any snapping behaviour while moving events, hold down the Shift key.
