Audio distorted after updating to Vegas 21 Pro Update 3

I updated Vegas Pro 21.187 to Vegas Pro 21.300 and now all audio is distorted.

I am primarily using files created in Zoom meetings with mono audio. Either with new imports or loading old projects, all the audio seems pitched down 12 semitones. (A great dragon effect, but not useful for daily editing.)

I've tried uninstall/reinstall Vegas Pro 21.300; reset to Vegas defaults; nothing works. :(

I've tried the pitch correct FX to get the voices back to normal tone, but there are several drops in the resulting audio file.

Has anyone else seen this issue after upgrading to update 3?

The AAC mono audio problem was already fixed, but seems to be missing in the first release. We will provide it with the next update. Please check messages from @VEGASDerek when an update will be available.

Thank you, both, for your assistance and guidance. To solve this problem, I uninstalled Vegas Pro 21.300 and reinstalled Vegas Pro 21.187. This allowed me to get the system back up and running. (To find the previous installer goto C:\Users\**username**\Documents\MAGIX Downloads\Installationsmanager)

I look forward to the next update to gain access to the AI masking features!

208 was the most recent build prior to 300. They can all be downloaded from here.

I've got the same problem working with Zoom recordings, even recordings downloaded before the 300 update. I have no problems using OBS recordings. Look forward to the patch
