Audio distortion when slow mo is applied to video

Hello,

I working on a gopro video recorder in 200fps in 2.7k (PAL) for rendering on 25p. I get the audio totally distorded and uggly when i play the track. In fact, i have slow mo at the same on my phone under "PowerDirector" (0.125) and it's slowed proprelly without any audio distortion. It is a way for slow down video and the audio without have audio distorded like the first video ?

 

That's what i get on Vegas pro 19

And that, from my phone with PowerDirector (not it also resize proprely the part of the video when set the slow mo setting, in Vegas i need do that manually).


In most case, hopefully, i need deleting audio and just put music on it, but on some case i need to have the audio on in slow motion.

How did you change the speed in VEGAS?

What option did you use for the audio speed change in VEGAS?

I would suggest trying elastique. Default was "none".

For changing the speed i get in file propriety

and set to elastique but it always distorded.

 

I will try somes other settings , if i found anything working i will repost.

What if you change it from Efficient to Pro?

You might also try "classic", there are several options available there.

Nothing working, but i have found how to have correct slow mo audio.

Create a sub-clip of the small part i want to slow mo, separate audio from the video, set 0.125 in the proprety setting of the video, set the video to the loop end lenght. slow mo the audio by CTRL and take the same lenght of the video, go to propriety of the audio and check the case "Verrouiller pour étirer" (the system wil auto set a number)

 

After that, it worked and have a correct slow mo audio. But it's notified nowhere how to does that when making any slow motion I have started to search yesterday (24h fo found i just need check this case by random testing settings). I think Vegas need to make an easy auto slow mo that make automaticly the correct lenght for the slow motion ratio input and auto slow mo correctly the audio. Many other editing software does that even on smartphone. The software i used on my phone does all in one, i just check the slow mo number and the part of the video is sized automaticly withe the audio proprely.

 

I hope this post can help other user that have same problem.
