Right-mouse-button click on that audio track and choose envelope / volume. A thin blue like will appear through the middle of the entire track. Double-click on the line to add nodes. These nodes can be dragged up (louder) and down (quieter). Add as many as you need. Typically to raise the volume for a section requires 4 nodes: the first one at the end of the previous section, the second one at the start of the section you want louder, the third one at the end of this section, and the 4th one at the start of the following section. The farther apart you put nodes 1 & 2, the longer it will take for the volume to increase, and likewise with nodes 3 & 4 for the volume decrease.
