Audio Effects aren't present after rendering.

Not sure if this is a common issue a lot of VEGAS users use but I am struggling with this one a lot whenever I make content.

For most of the content I make, I use a lot of the visual effects but lately I've been starting to like using the audio effects. I mainly use the vibrato and distortion effects for comedic effect and it works amazingly...then an issue happened when I tried to render it.

I rendered my video, took about 40 minutes tops, and when I looked at the final product, the video ran smoothly, the events were exactly played as planned, but for some reason, NONE of my audio effects were even present but instead replaced with the commentary's/video's original, vanilla audio. Some points of the video that were suppose to have the vibrato and the distortion effects were just gone, even though it was clearly present in the preview.

If there is any known solution to this issue, please reply.

TL;DR: added audio effects, rendered the video, audio effects were gone.

P.S: I rendered the video in a .wmv format at 30 FPS in 1920x1080 resolution.
The only third party plugins I use are the Sapphire plugins.

@Sh33Sh there may be something else in the mix causing your issue. In both VP15 and VP16 I can not replicate your issue. I have used your 2 audio FX's and rendered out in wmv 1080-30p and the FX's are still in the rendered file. I do not have any Sapphire plugins.

Are the FX present if you render an audio-only file? (PCM <.wav> for instance). Also confirm that the audio FX are not globally bypassed. As I recall.. in the 'options' menu, or the FX bypass icon in the bottom (default) toolbar.
