audio file into CD Tracks

i have a long audio file that is 1 hour long. I would like to break it up and put tracks in the wave file like a audio cd. How do i go about doing this. Thanks in advance

Go to the very beginning of the timeline and press "N". Go to each location where you would like a new track to start and press "N". Go to Tools - Burn CD - Disc at once audio CD.
