Audio files get out of sync... HELP!!!

Hello,

I have two audio tracks (misuc and voice) that have same bit rate, uncompressed, etc.

Sadly, when I try to preview them wiht eth accompanying video, the well timed audio gets out of sync - unless I stop and restart the playback.

Any ideas?  I have TONS of RAM and hardspace.  Is this a buffering thing?

This is very frustrating.  Whatever you can offer me to try (that's useful  -  lol) will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

i need help too.

I have the same probleme.  I have multiple tracks with overlapping sound and video and the longer the video goes on the further behind the audio is.  I noticed when I was watching the rendered final product of a video I made and the audio in the last few minutes was approxamatly 5 seconds off sync.

I don't know how to fix it either...

Make sure your project properties match the video and audio properties of the media. For the video this might happen automatically, but you can use the button at the top right:

To get more help::

  1. Tell us what version and build of Movie Studio you are using (from the menu Help > About).
  2. Tell us exactly how the video and audio were recorded.
  3. Post the MediaInfo text report for a typical file (see #6 in this post: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/why-does-my-rendered-video-look-bad-quality-troubleshooting-basics--103361/ )
  4. Consider sharing a link to a sample (e.g. in your Dropbox "Public" folder) for users here to test on their systems.
